2023 Clos Naudet Petit Chablis
This white wine, a Petit Chablis from Burgundy, is crafted from a 2.5‐hectare parcel of young vines using meticulous vineyard practices. The estate follows an approach of later, hand‐picked harvesting to maintain natural balance without chaptalization and achieve controlled, lower-than-average yields. In the cellar, the fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats and then aged for nine months—including an extended sur‐lie period—to express the wine’s inherently green and flinty Burgundian terroir. With a dry profile, 12.5% ABV, and a recommended drinking window of 2025–2029, the wine reflects both its traditional roots and the continued vision in style and technique originally inspired by Stéphane Moreau.
