2023 Clos Naudet Petit Chablis

This Petit Chablis comes from a 2.5 hectare parcel of younger vines. Following Stéphane Moreau's death in 2016, his assistant winemaker and wife continue his vision of producing Dauvissat-style wines through later, hand-picked harvesting to achieve natural balance without chaptalization. The fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for nine months in stainless steel vats. Despite its Petit Chablis designation, the wine is crafted with the same meticulous care as the estate's higher-tier bottlings, with lower-than-average yields and extensive sur-lie aging.
