2023 Domaine Agnès Paquet Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc

Domaine Agnès Paquet produces this white Burgundy exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from two distinct vineyard sites. One vineyard is a younger, lime‐rich plot in Meloisey (La Lié), while the other is a mature, 40‐year‐old site located near Auxey-Duresses (also identified as Baubigny, Sous le Château) within the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Emphasizing organic practices and a commitment to Burgundy’s winemaking heritage, the wine is crafted using a combination of modern techniques and tradition. Fermentation and ageing are conducted partly in stainless-steel tanks and partly in oak barrels, a process that reflects both the distinctive terroir and the integrated approach to contemporary winemaking.
