2023 Domaine de Sulauze Super Modeste

A pétillant naturel from Provence, crafted from a blend of equal parts Vermentino (Rolle) and Ugni Blanc sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards. The domaine takes its name from the limestone soils that protect the vines from extreme temperatures and provide excellent drainage. This dry, cider-like sparkling wine is produced in a funk-free style that showcases the terroir-driven character of the region.
