100% Syrah is sourced from the Larnage estate, where grapes from young vines are carefully harvested and destemmed. The wine is vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel vats, with a 9‑month maturation period and without fining, ensuring that the winemaking process preserves the varietal character and reflects the vineyard’s terroir.
