2023 Ghëddo Dolcetto d'Alba DOC

A serious expression of high-energy Dolcetto produced by Ghëddo, a winery founded in 2014 by Giovanni Pippia and Mattia Benedetti, who tend three hectares under vine using organic viticultural practices with traditional and natural vinification. Made from 60-year-old massale selections in the limestone and sand soils of Alta Langa's Bricco Capre vineyard, situated on a medium-steep slope with eastern exposure at 350 meters elevation. This medium-bodied, rustic style red wine showcases uncommon depth while maintaining the region's spirited and refreshing personality, with the grape's natural tannic structure providing a polished framework.
