2023 Herve Souhaut La Souteronne Gamay

Gamay from 80-to-100-year-old vines worked organically just below the Hermitage hillside in the Northern Rhône. The granite soil imparts Beaujolais-like characteristics while reflecting the Northern Rhône's influence, creating a bright, fresh, crunchy wine that bridges Cru Beaujolais and Rhône Syrah styles with an underlying meatiness and elegant minerality.
