2023 Jonathan Pabiot Elisa Pouilly-Fume

This Pouilly-Fumé is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from vines aged 4 to 10 years, planted on clay-limestone and flint-clay terroirs in the commune of Pouilly sur Loire. The cuvée, named Elisa (previously Prelude), represents the estate's young vine selection. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks on its fermentation lees for approximately 6 to 8 months, with Elisa traditionally being the first bottling completed each year. The result is a polished, modern expression of this classic Upper Loire appellation. The nose shows white flower notes and refreshing citrus aromas. This wine is elegant, bright and mineral.
