2023 La Vigne di Alice Prosecco Brut Doro Nature

A single-vineyard, brut nature Prosecco from the Doro vineyard in Valdobbiadene DOCG, located in the foothills of the Dolomites. Produced by Cinzia Canzian of Le Vigne di Alice, founded in 2004 and inspired by her grandmother Alice's tavern. Made from 100% Glera grapes from a 40-year-old organically farmed vineyard. Vinification uses native yeasts for spontaneous fermentation, aging on lees for 60-90 days, with secondary fermentation via the charmat method. No sugar is added; only must is used. This is vintage, grower Prosecco with character and a sense of place.
