2023 Les Eminades Le Montmajou Saint-Chinian Blanc

This southern French white blend showcases Grenache Blanc and Marsanne from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, specifically from the limestone causse of Montmajou. The wine displays a pale gold color and is aged in non-new oak barrels for 10 months, lending a toasty, reductive quality with a subtle kiss of oak. The limestone terroir imparts a distinctive chalky minerality to the finish, a signature of the calcareous plateau.
