2023 Occhipinti Frappato Terre Siciliane

Arianna Occhipinti's Frappato is a monovarietal red wine from organic and biodynamic vineyards in Vittoria, southeastern Sicily, in the Iblei mountains. Born from the winemaker's childhood dream of creating a wine that expresses the land, air, and her own thoughts, it represents her most personal expression. The wine is made from 100% Frappato grapes from approximately 40-year-old vines. The wine embodies a courageous, original, and rebellious spirit with peasant origins, expressing the fresh Mediterranean character and terroir of the Terre Siciliane IGT region.
