2023 Occhipinti SP68 Bianco

SP68 Bianco is a white wine from Arianna Occhipinti in Sicily, Italy, made from indigenous Albanello and Moscatel de Alejandría grapes sourced from old vineyards along Strada Provinciale 68. Produced following organic and biodynamic principles, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks without temperature control. The grapes are hand-harvested and experience a brief period of skin maceration before being bottled unfiltered with minimal added sulfites, expressing the richness and personality of the Sicilian terroir through a natural, traditional approach.
