2023 Orsola Gavi

The Castello di Tassarolo Gavi Orsola DOCG is made from 100% Cortese grapes grown on marl and silty-clay soils at 300 meters elevation. The Spinola family's winemaking heritage dates back to 1367. Vineyards are managed with organic and biodynamic practices. The wine is vegan-friendly. The label features an Andy Warhol portrait of Orsola Spinola, a Warhol muse and relative of winemaker Massimiliana Spinola. Serve well chilled.
