2023 Pommier Hautérivien Petit Chablis

A dry white Chardonnay from Petit Chablis, produced from vines grown on ancient Jurassic limestone soils that impart the wine's characteristic minerality and flinty character. This organically farmed wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for approximately six months, preserving its fresh, mineral-driven profile. The winemaking approach emphasizes the terroir's influence, resulting in a wine with crisp acidity and steely mineral qualities. Best enjoyed in its youth to appreciate its vibrant, mineral-focused expression.
