2023 Sotelo Rosalia

An organic Albariño from Rías Baixas made by an all-female winemaking team following a low-intervention, terroir-driven philosophy. Sourced from small, mature vineyard parcels planted on sandy-granitic soils just above the Atlantic Ocean, the grapes are hand-harvested and naturally fermented with native yeasts. The wine is aged in stainless steel tank on the lees without filtration or additions, resulting in a singular and pure representation of Albariño with minimal residual sugar (<1 g/L). This coastal expression emphasizes the estate's natural winemaking approach and Atlantic climate influence.
