2023 Terra Vita Vinum Terre de 3 Anjou Blanc

Terra Vita Vinum's "Terre de 3" Anjou Blanc is a 100% Chenin Blanc from the Anjou Noir region, blending three distinct parcels: Rogeries, Grand Vau, and Clos des Gabouchons. Each site contributes unique characteristics from its green-grey schist, volcanic rhyolite, and quartz soils. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel for nine to twelve months on lees, producing an expressive white wine that showcases the mineral-driven character of these volcanic and schist terroirs. The wine demonstrates the complexity achievable when diverse geological influences converge in a single cuvée.
