2023 Villa Dora Rosato
This IGP rosato is produced in the Vesuvio area of Campania, Italy, using 100% Piedirosso grapes from Villa Dora. After pressing, the must remains in contact with the skins for 6–8 hours before fermentation in temperature‐controlled stainless steel tanks. The production process, guided by regional terroir, yields a soft pink wine that pairs well with diverse dishes such as Manchego, Parmesan, antipasto, pasta, fish, shellfish, and seafood, and is positioned as a more affordable option within the region.
