La Colline des Dames is a Vin de France Rouge made from Pinot Noir sourced from Alsace by Domaine Ganevat. The wine is produced using semi-carbonic maceration and aged for one year in large oak barrels or wooden casks. The winemaking follows low-intervention methods, and the wine is unfined, unfiltered, and made without added sulfites. Sourced from high-altitude, exposed slopes, the wine expresses the finesse and elegance characteristic of Alsatian Pinot Noir with natural freshness, aromatic richness, and notable limestone tension. A slight fizz may be perceptible upon opening.
