Azimut Brisat Orange is produced in the Penedés area using the traditional skin‐contact (Brisat) method—a term derived from the Catalan word “Brisa,” meaning pomace. The wine is crafted exclusively from grapes sourced from certified organic farmers in Penedés, with production overseen by the Suriol family, including 17th‐generation winemaker Assis Suriol.
