2024 Celler 9+ Tarnoja 3R
Delicately balanced skin-contact wine produced from Cartoixà Vermell (Xarel·lo Rosado), a special clone of Cartoixà with reddish skin color that is particularly well-suited for skin contact wine production. The wine is cultivated on sandy loam soils at approximately 100m elevation. The cool Mediterranean sea breeze (La Marinada) and slight elevation allow for even grape ripening. The wine undergoes 32 days of maceration before élevage in tank for 9 months, resulting in a pale blood orange hue. Best served well-chilled, with the lees decanted if preferred.
