2024 Domaine de Sulauze Pinzutu VDF

Pinzutu, named after the Corsican word for 'zenith,' is made from Sciaccarellu cuttings gifted to winemaker Guillaume by Jean-Charles Abatucci from his Corsican vineyard. The 2024 vintage marks only the 4th year these young vines have matured enough for winemaking. Hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts, this wine is part of Domaine de Sulauze's diverse portfolio, reflecting their commitment to terroir transparency and purity through natural winemaking practices. The wine shows approximately 12 degrees alcohol with perfect phenolic maturity.
