2024 Domaine Moreau Naudet Chablis

A village-level Chablis from the renowned appellation known for its mineral and citrus characteristics. The 2024 vintage is sourced from approximately 30 parcels across Préhy, Courgis, Chablis, and Chichée, each contributing distinct soil profiles and exposures that enhance complexity and balance. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, allowing the wine to develop greater aromatic nuance and authenticity. The wine undergoes slow vinification followed by extended maturation, spending around 20 months on lees. This mineral-driven Chablis combines classic chalky minerality with added richness and structure, offering both immediate drinkability and the capacity to evolve over time.
