Nosiola expresses itself intensely in poor soil vineyards, producing wines of great delicacy and longevity. The wine is fermented and fined on the skins in clay amphorae for 8 months, with the amphora's shape and porosity allowing extended skin contact that slowly reveals the true expression of the variety.
