2024 Frenchtown Farms Limited Hangout

A white blend from Saureel Vineyard in the Gold Hill district of Placerville, Sierra Foothills, combining Picpoul (40%), Chenin Blanc (40%), and Petit Manseng (20%). The vineyard is planted at 1,650 feet elevation on decomposed granite soils and farmed organically. Fruit was harvested in three passes by Frenchtown Farms, direct-pressed and fermented in stainless steel, then aged for 10 months in stainless steel and neutral French oak. The wine reflects Frenchtown Farms' philosophy of personal vine interaction and attention to vineyard detail.
