Produced by Mas de Daumas Gassac using the traditional saignée method from organically farmed vineyards near the Thau Lagoon. The blend comprises Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan, with some sources noting a 50% Syrah, 50% Carignan composition. Direct-press vinification with native yeasts, followed by 5–6 months aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
