2024 Guilhem Rosé
This rosé is produced from organically farmed vineyards near the Thau Lagoon using sustainable practices. The wine is crafted employing both the traditional saignée method and direct-press vinification, with fermentation conducted by native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; select lots are aged for 5–6 months in stainless steel. The blend typically includes Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan—with one variant noted as a 50% Syrah and 50% Carignan composition—and is offered under the Mas de Daumas Gassac and Guilhem labels.
