Ancient olive and almond trees surround the vineyards, breaking the wind off the Ionian Sea. After 15-20 days of fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel. The limestone terroir imparts a distinctive minerality and salinity that evokes the nearby sea, with a cool, salt-dusted finish characteristic of the best vintages. On the nose, it offers notes of pomegranate, ash, and subtle herbal aromas.
