2024 Orsola Gavi

A classic Cortese from the Spinola family, who have been making wine from the vines surrounding their castle since 1367. This straw-colored natural white wine is hand-harvested in small crates to keep grapes intact, then pressed in a pneumatic press with indigenous yeast fermentation. Vegan-friendly fining and minimal sulfur are used before bottling. The wine showcases elegant, fresh, and mineral character with notes of citrus, white flowers, and stoney minerality, balanced by crisp acidity in a light-bodied style.
