2024 Quintarelli Primofiore Veneto Rosso

A blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc produced in the hills north of Verona. This is the freshest and most immediate wine in the Quintarelli lineup. The Cabernet grapes undergo a brief drying period in wooden boxes to continue ripening, while the other grapes are freshly pressed. After fermentation, the wine is blended and aged for several years in Slavonian oak barrels, resulting a rich and intense red characterized by gritty tannins and ample acidity that jumps out of the glass with high-toned, crunchy red fruit.
