2024 Saraziniere Les Bruyeres Bourgogne Aligote

Domaine de la Sarazinière Bourgogne Aligoté Clos des Bruyères is a white wine from the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy, produced by the Trebignaud family. The wine comes from a 0.70 hectare parcel with vines averaging 60 years old, including fruit from parcels with older vines planted in 1926. The domaine practices natural winemaking with minimal intervention, including manual harvest, spontaneous fermentations, and low sulfur use. The limestone terroir of the region imparts racy and vibrant qualities to the wine, which expresses the characteristic purity and precision of this bedrock the vines dig deep into.
