This Régnié cuvée is produced using a distinct winemaking approach that forgoes traditional wood in favor of concrete fermentation and aging vessels. Overseen by winemaker Charly—who also manages his vineyards with a hands‐on approach—the method is designed to emphasize the grape’s intrinsic character and the influence of its terroir.
