Valfaccenda Bis-Turna Vino Rosso is a red wine from Italy crafted from 100% Freisa sourced from an organic grower in Monferrato. The fruit comes from two plots of 25-30 year-old vines planted in white clay soils. The grapes underwent a two-week maceration, with fermentation and élevage conducted mainly in concrete and a small portion in neutral oak. The wine displays an intense ruby color with violet reflections and is medium-to-full bodied with fine tannic structure.
