2024 Vinos Pijoan Arbol de Fuego Rosé Field Blend

Produced in the Valle de Guadalupe of Baja California, Mexico, this rosé is made using hand‐harvested grapes from old vines. The blend is composed of 60% Zinfandel, 30% Grenache, and 10% Colombard and is crafted in an all‐natural, minimal-intervention style that yields a color ranging between dark rosé and light red. Winemaker Silvana Pijoan has overseen her first fully independent bottling, continuing the legacy of her father, Pau, who founded Vinos Pijoan in 2002. The production maintains a stable market positioning within the region while showcasing the unique terroir of Baja California.
