2024 Vinos Pijoan Arbol de Fuego Rosé Field Blend
A striking no-compromise rosé from Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico, crafted from 60% Zinfandel, 30% Grenache, and 10% Colombard sourced from hand-harvested old vines. This is winemaker Silvana Pijoan's first fully independent bottling after taking over much of the work on the domaine from her father Pau, who founded Vinos Pijoan in 2002. All natural production results in a dry and crisp wine that sits somewhere between a dark rosé and light red, with fresh acidity and a distinctive saline finish reflecting its Pacific coastal terroir.
