2025 Beurer Rosé Trocken
Weingut Beurer is a family-operated winery in Württemberg, Germany, established in 1997 by former BMX champion Jochen Beurer. The estate farms organically and biodynamically in this warmer German region known for red grape cultivation. This rosé is a saignée blend of Trollinger, Portugieser, Zweigelt, and Spätburgunder, showcasing nearly all red varieties grown at the winery. Bottled at 11% ABV, the wine demonstrates Beurer's deep consideration of how vineyard and cellar practices affect wine quality, resulting in a light-bodied, dry rosé with vibrant acidity and mineral character.
