2025 Cantine Olivella Frizzante Rosso Fukara

An assertive, mineral-laden Campanian red wine styled as a southern Italian answer to northern Lambrusco, lightly sparkling and dry in character. The name 'Fukara' refers to a local word describing an ancient lava flow, reflecting the wine's volcanic origins and the distinctive energy imparted by volcanic soils. Made in a frizzante style with grippy acidity, this ruby-hued wine embodies the rustic character of Campania's winemaking traditions.
