2025 Colline Savonesi Lumassina Frizzante

Lumassina is a rare white wine produced by the Ruffino family for over 500 years in Varigotti, Liguria, from ancient grape varieties. The vineyards are located on terraced slopes at 350 meters above sea level in the thin coastal strip between the sea and the Alps. Hand-harvested grapes are brought to an old wine cellar dug into the rock and gently pressed. The wine displays a pale straw yellow color with floral and fruity aromatics, fresh and sapid character on the palate. Can be produced as still or frizzante. Minimum 10% alcohol, 3.5 g/l acidity, 13.0 g/l dry extract.
