2025 Division Winemaking Company Gamay Noir Nouveau Mais Oui!

A Pacific Northwest interpretation of Beaujolais Nouveau, this 100% Gamay Noir is crafted in celebration of harvest following the traditional nouveau winemaking style. Sourced from Carousel Vineyard's nearly 6-acre block in Columbia Valley, the site features mineral-intense volcanic Miocene uplift soils that impart distinctive chalky mineral characteristics. The wine is produced using organic practices and a fast-paced winemaking process to meet the Beaujolais Nouveau release timeline. Best served slightly chilled at around 55°F, this fresh and vibrant wine embodies the festive spirit of the nouveau tradition.
