2025 Foradori Manzoni Bianco Fontanasanta

Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco is a hybrid wine born from a cross of Riesling and Pinot Bianco, cultivated in the Fontanasanta vineyards on the hill overlooking Trento. The vines are rooted in clayey-limestone soils, with grapes maturing in late September. This wine expresses the distinctive character of its terroir and demonstrates remarkable ability to evolve over time. It is recommended to age for at least three years after harvest for optimal character development. The wine matures in wood, contributing to its sophisticated profile and silky texture. On the nose, it presents aromas of ripe apples and pears with gentle citrus notes, tangerine peel, beeswax, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it features a creamy and sophisticated profile with subtle hints of vanilla, medium body, light tannins and structure, delicious fruit, and a savory, mineral finish. The wine is distinguished by its perfect balance, silky texture, and luminous yellow hue with immediate freshness.
