Still white wine made primarily from Müller Thurgau with a small percentage of other native varieties from direct press. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel with no filtering or fining. Yellow-green colored wine displaying delicate aromas of elderflower, peach, and nutmeg. Light-bodied with crushed white flowers and fine Alpine herbs on the nose. Bright palate featuring tight minerality and spicy fruit character. An elegant, incredibly aromatic wine with aging potential of 2-3 years.
