2025 Guimaro Blanco Ribeira Sacra

Led by Godello and filled out with native Galician varieties that grow interplanted alongside it, this wine comes from multiple plots in and around Amandi. The grapes are hand-picked from steep slate and granite terraces, some requiring winches due to the extreme terrain. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel with no oak and no malolactic conversion. The unoaked cuvée is raised in stainless steel tank, expressing the slate-infused freshness characteristic of the Amandi subzone with brisk Atlantic acidity and a stony, mineral core.
