2025 Istine Vermouth

A rosé vermouth crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes, combining Piedmont distillery tradition with Chianti aromas. Infused with an extensive botanical blend of 21 herbs including angelica, orange, gentian, wormwood, cardamom, coriander, cassia, dittamus, fennel, lavender, Kina, mint, quassio, rose, sage, rosemary, elder, satureja, linden, thyme, and violet. The vermouth achieves its rosé color naturally with no caramel added. Contains 18% alcohol and 180gr/l sugar content. Average production is limited to 3,000 bottles per year.
