2025 Six Cloves Mendocino Alder Springs Arvine

A rare Swiss mountain varietal grown at elevations of 1,700–2,700 feet and just 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean in Alder Springs' dramatic Alpine-like mountain terrain. This noble variety is planted in fewer than 1,000 acres worldwide, with California vineyard sources extremely scarce. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented in barrels with occasional lees stirring. The high-elevation site maintains beautiful freshness while achieving robust ripeness. Alcohol: 13.3%, pH: 3.34, TA: 6.13 g/L. 165 cases produced.
