2025 Skegro Zilavka

Made from Žilavka, a rare native grape of Herzegovina, this white wine showcases the distinctive character of the region. The grapes are hand-harvested from naturally grown vines in the historical lands of Herzegovina. This wine is primarily Žilavka with a few local varieties included in the field blend, cofermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel. The result is a clean, precise, and vibrant white with a green and flinty profile, marked by aromatic complexity and subtle chalky minerality typical of the variety.
