Abe Shuzo Junmai Saké

Abe Shuzo Junmai Sake is crafted in Niigata Prefecture by a brewery with over 200 years of history, currently led by Yuta Abe. Made from Niigata rice with a lower polish ratio than their Junmai Ginjo, this modern, new-school sake reflects the brewery's philosophy of letting fermentation run its course to achieve peak flavor. Each tank develops unique characteristics. The sake is sulfite-free and characterized as dry and medium-bodied.
