NV A & JF Ganevat Vin de France Blanc "La Prairie du Haut"

A white Vin de France from old vines of Savagnin Rosé planted on marly-chalky soils in Alsace. This rare cuvée is vinified with indigenous yeasts, without fining, filtration, or added sulfur. The wine undergoes more than three years of aging in demi-muids, followed by an additional year in bottle before release. The extended maturation develops complexity while the marly-chalky terroir imparts marked mineral character. The natural freshness typical of Savagnin Rosé on these soils balances the richness from long aging, creating a wine of great mastery with excellent aging potential.
