NV A & JF Ganevat Vin de France Blanc "l'Eau d'Range"

L'Eau d'Range is a deeply macerated cuvée from Jean-François Ganevat, one of the Jura's most singular voices. Crafted from Chardonnay and Savagnin from old vines planted on the grey marls of the Lias in Rotalier, the grapes are macerated for seven weeks. The wine is then aged for six years in demi-muids without intervention. Ganevat farms a mosaic of tiny parcels with devotion to biodiversity and minimal intervention, expressing each plot on its own terms through living soils and ancient vines. A radical meditation wine of remarkable saline depth and masterful balance.
