NV Breton Vouvray Brut La Dilettante

A bone-dry sparkling Vouvray from the Loire Valley produced by Catherine and Pierre Breton using 100% Chenin Blanc. Made via the Traditional Method with 24 months on the lees and extremely low dosage (9.5 g/L residual sugar). The Bretons are benchmark producers of Chenin Blanc with organic certification since 1987 and biodynamic viticulture since 1994, bringing three decades of Loire winemaking experience. The wine expresses mouthwatering stony character from the appellation's flinty soils, with creamy bubbles, soft minerality, and honeyed apricot notes. Velvety effervescence with fine, fleeting bubbles and aromas of apple, apricot, pear, white flowers, and toasted bread, interlaced with mineral and brioche notes. The texture is velvety on the palate with enveloping fruit and fresh acidity.
