NV Breton Vouvray Brut La Dilettante

La Dilettante Brut is a sparkling wine from Domaine Breton. It is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes from 40-year-old vines. The wine is made using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation occurring in the bottle. It is known for its bone-dry style, with minimal sulfur used in production, and is unfiltered with no added SO2. The Bretons introduced biodynamic practices into their viticulture in 1994, just after receiving their organic certification in 1991.
