NV Cirelli Orange Abruzzo

Skin-fermented Trebbiano from organic Abruzzo vines grown in calcium- and clay-rich soils at Agricola Cirelli, an organic farm surrounded by 57 acres of land where production respects natural cycles of vineyards, olive trees, and crops through rotation. Grapes are destemmed and macerated on skins for 30 days before soft pressing into stainless steel, where the wine rests for 4 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur. A clean, refreshing expression of natural orange winemaking that balances structure with drinkability.
