NV Ganevat Madelon Rouge

Named after Jean-François Ganevat's neighbor who adored this cuvée, Madelon is a distinctive blend of 50-75% Gamay sourced from prestigious Beaujolais crus including Morgon, Fleurie, and Brouilly, complemented by 25-50% indigenous Jura varieties such as Trousseau and Enfarinés from 40-70 year old organically and biodynamically farmed vines. The wine is aged 10 months in old oak, combining grapes grown on granite, marl, and limestone soils to create a character-driven wine that balances intensity with natural freshness and spicy complexity. Serve chilled.
