NV Gotha Vermouth Rosso 'Dok 61'

DOK '61 is produced by Ergin using a base blend consisting of 95% Zibibbo (Moscato d'Alessandria) and 5% Frappato sourced from Sicily. The wine is crafted by integrating purified Adriatic seawater with selected botanicals and natural extracts—including chinotto, cardamom, dandelion root, Roman wormwood, cinchona, rabarbaro, and star anise essential oil—as well as a measured addition of plum distillate to enhance structural depth. The blend is allowed to rest in stainless-steel tanks for 45 days prior to light filtration and bottling, employing precise infusion techniques that highlight the interplay between the region's terroir and the art of winemaking. Unique production narratives, such as 'THE HEROISM OF THE CULTIVATION' and 'THE DAUGHTER OF THE WIND,' further underscore the poetic connection between nature and the craft of production.
