NV Pascal Agrapart "Terroirs" Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru

This 100% estate-grown Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from brothers Pascal and Fabrice Agrapart is produced from Chardonnay sourced from the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry. The cuvée is a blend of two consecutive vintages, with the older vintage aged in neutral oak barrels for one year before bottling. Aged on the lees for at least four years, this Extra Brut style champagne is disgorged two months before release with a dosage limited to 5 grams per liter. The wine carries an Organic certification and represents a benchmark in grower-producer Champagne, showcasing the terroir-driven characteristics of these prestigious Côte des Blancs villages.
