NV Tarlant Champagne "Zéro" Brut Nature 375ml

Champagne Tarlant’s cuvée “Zéro Brut Nature” is an artisanal, non-dosed champagne that reflects a long winemaking tradition dating back to 1687. The wine is crafted from grapes grown on mature, old vines across 13 hectares and 40 parcels in Oeuilly, typically blended in equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel before the wine is aged in old oak barrels. It then undergoes a prolonged aging process in bottle—completing second fermentation on lees with extended lees aging sur lattes (up to 48 months) prior to disgorgement—and minimal biological malolactic conversion is applied to maintain the natural acid structure. This production approach underscores both vineyard and terroir maturity while employing traditional techniques that highlight clarity of expression and refined complexity.
